Roasted potatoes, fresh dill, and chopped scallions get mixed up in a round of our chewy, naturally leavened (sourdough) bread resulting in a delightful, tangy loaf with an earthy heartiness and a bright herbiness. This bread will elevate a tuna melt or simply toast it and top it with sweet cream butter to let the flavors sing. Available on occassional weekends throughout the year.
