Olive Oil Coffee Cake

We’ve been baking this cake for more than a decade and continue to refine our method and ingredients to make it even better. We’re now using 100% freshly milled whole grain durum flour! When you combine this ultra-fresh flour with organic Tunisian olive oil from the Mahjoub plantation, orange liqueur, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon zest, and toasted almonds, you’ll shout “Olive it!” It might look simple, but it sure is full of flavor. It’s excellent at all times of the day.
