Named after a longtime Bakehouse baker Nina Plasencia. These classic Italian pine nut cookies are made with ground almonds and hazelnuts, some great butter, and a touch of honey, and then garnished with pine nuts. It just so happens they are naturally gluten-free and a nice option for Passover dining and noshing. Please note, while the ingredients of the cookies are wheat-free and we follow careful processes, they’re made at the Bakehouse where we use wheat flour in other products.
