One day, our Pastry Manager Julie had a big idea: why not give our apple pie a little refresh? After all, part of our mission is to relentlessly pursue being the best bakery we can imagine. The apples are still the same beautiful Ida Reds from Nemeth Family Farms (skins on, of course!), but the crust is now an egg-free dough topped with a brown butter oat streusel. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and a just pinch of cardamom in the topping adds that irresistible je ne sais quoi. The result? A warm and cozy pie that we can’t wait to share with you!
