Jewish Caraway Rye Bread

Loads of caraway in our chewy, traditional Jewish rye. Historically Jewish rye has often included caraway, a spice commonly used in the regions where rye was grown in Europe. Most Americans think that rye has a very strong flavor, but it’s really the caraway they’re tasting. Our version includes both ground caraway and plenty of whole caraway seeds throughout the loaf.
