Here comes a new pan loaf we’re really excited about! Made with Michigan honey, freshly milled wheat and spelt, and a bit of mashed potatoes for moistness, this bread is nutty and a little sweet. It has a thin crust and a pillowy soft texture, making it perfect for sandwiches. It’s quickly become a favorite of Bakehouse staff (and their kids!).
