We hand shape light, flaky Danish dough and fill the center with fruit (a mix of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and cranberries in the winter; Michigan sour cherries in the summer) and a sweet cream cheese filling featuring Zingerman’s Creamery cream cheese.
