Our version of the everything bagel. What makes it different? We house-roast fresh garlic and mix it right into the bagel dough (no burnt little pieces of garlic on the outside of the bagel). Then we coat it in a mixture of sesame and poppy seeds and coarse sea salt. Delish! Excellent in every way and especially beloved with the classic Jewish combination of salami and eggs.
