Looking for a tasty spin on a classic? Our Detroit St. Sourdough starts with the same naturally leavened dough as our Better Than San Francisco Sourdough—made with only organic wheat flour, water, sea salt, and the starter we’ve been caring for since 1992. We then shake things up by capping each round loaf with a crown of aromatic fennel, poppy, and sesame seeds. It’ll add that je ne sais quoi to your next slice of toast. Excellent for avocado toast!
