Our Classic Cheesecake is packed with real vanilla bean and fresh Zingerman’s Farm Cheese from our neighbor, Sanilac Creamery. The rich and indulgent filling gets poured into a crust made with Zingerman’s Bakehouse graham crackers. Enjoy it as is or top it with tart cherries and whipped cream; either way, you’re in for a decadent treat.
