Daily we serve freshly made Pain au Chocolate that feature inside a double dose of chocolate batons from our artisan friends at French Broad Chocolate in Asheville North Carolina. The batons are a generous serving of Nicaraguan 68% dark chocolate, a perfect combo of cocoa bitter and sweetness, and an excellent flavor partner to the rich buttery pastry.
