We love this bread! It’s one of those loaves that if you buy it warm you might eat most of it before you get it home. It features mildly spicy, roasted New Mexico Hatch chile peppers and chunks of creamy Cabot Cheddar enveloped by flavorful naturally leavened (sourdough) bread. It’s an excellent accompaniment with a bowl of chile, perfect for an over-the-top grilled cheese sandwich, and just a tasty snack on its own.
