Butter Croissant

Our croissants are the real thing—a classic French pastry made with many layers of butter-laminated dough. When you cut one open, you will see a lacy network of caverns and crevices, almost honeycomb in appearance. Stick your nose inside and you’ll immediately smell the richeness of real butter, then take a bite and enjoy the contrast between the crisp light exterior and the tender buttery interior. They’re wonderful for breakfast, a mid-morning or afternoon snack, and stand in well for bread to make a super special sandwich.
