Enjoy a classic twisted pretzel, made the old-fashioned way—with a bit of lard and dipped in lye—to create that distinctive pretzel flavor and texture. It’s an excellent snack with mustard or Zingerman’s Creamery Pimento Cheese and a cold beer if you are so inclined! It also pairs wonderfully with our 5 O’Clock Chedder Ale soup, served up hot in the Bakeshop every Thursday!
