Nina’s ‘Nolis (Italian Pignoli Cookies)

Named after a longtime Bakehouse baker Nina Plasencia. These classic Italian pine nut cookies are made with ground almonds and hazelnuts, some great butter, and a touch of honey, and then garnished with pine nuts. It just so happens they are naturally gluten-free and a nice option for Passover dining and noshing. Please note, while the ingredients of the cookies are wheat-free and we follow careful processes, they’re made at the Bakehouse where we use wheat flour in other products. If your wheat or gluten intolerance is severe, it is suggested you consult with your personal physician before consuming this product.
