We start with three layers of our tender vanilla chiffon cake filled with chocolate mint buttercream. The cake is then iced in a pretty pale green vanilla mint Swiss buttercream with a coating of chocolate glaze. We top it all off with some tasty mint chocolate chunks. You won’t need a four-leaf clover to feel lucky when enjoying this cake! Like all our cakes, please enjoy at room temperature for ideal texture and maximum flavor.
