We’re freshly milling the flour at the Bakehouse for this whole grain double pie crust, using soft white wheat berries and hard red spring wheat berries grown in Michigan. We lovingly craft a simple filling of fresh peaches, a bit of cane sugar and some real vanilla bean. It's as divine as a breezy summer day!
