Michigan Peach Pie
September only! We’re freshly milling the flour at the Bakehouse for this whole grain double pie crust, using soft white wheat berries and hard red spring wheat berries grown in Michigan. We lovingly craft a simple filling of Michigan peaches, a bit of cane sugar and some real vanilla bean. Celebrate these last few weeks of summer with a slice of Michigan.
