Mother Scones
One of these scones is not like the other. This one is made with einkorn, known as the mother of all wheat, a truly ancient variety. We bring in organic einkorn from Bluebird Grain Farms in Washington state and take the time to freshly mill it at the Bakehouse to create these very flavorful scones.

The freshly milled whole grain flour gives a depth of rich flavor and added nutrition we love. They’re also made with Wisconsin sweet cream butter and local heavy cream from Guernsey Farms dairy, and a touch of cane sugar. The result is tender and tasty. Enjoy them with jam, tea, or soup.
