There is too much ZING packed into this dough to just call it an English Muffin! We mix our organic wheat flour, the highest quality sea salt, water, and a little yeast to get the magic started. We hand cut each muffin then patiently wait for the dough to hit the perfect stage of fermentation. Finally, we toast both sides to a beautiful golden brown on a lightly buttered griddle.
