Our Summer Squeeze Ice Cream Cake features our vanilla chiffon cake, strawberry ice cream from Zingerman’s Creamery, and lemon curd. Then we lightly coat the whole cake with a little strawberry buttercream and cover it with a white chocolate lemon mirror glaze.
