Our latest sweet bread features a bounty of the Michigan harvest, with grated zucchini, beets, and carrots along with freshly milled whole grain spelt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The vegetables give the bread a dotted, confetti-like bursts of color and moist crumb full of flavor—a lot like pumpkin bread, but without the pumpkin. The spelt adds a mild sweetness.
