They're Back!

Rustic Apple Pie
It’s a classic! A mound of fresh apples tossed in cinnamon sugar hand-folded inside a rustic looking all butter pie crust. The whole thing is sprinkled with cinnamon sugar streusel. For the full fall effect, warm it up a little and serve with a scoop of vanilla or cinnamon gelato. Now we’re talkin’!

It’s back! Moist, spicy, and super flavorful gingerbread cake made with real butter, molasses, crystallized ginger and a bit of Zingerman’s Coffee Company brew. Serve up a warm slice with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.

The weather is crisper, and so are the palmiers! We fold and fold and fold layers of our own puff pastry to make these sweet French cookies.

Caramel Apple Cake
Layers of apple butter spice cake filled with more apple butter and covered in decadent caramel butter cream. A little fall spice is nice. For the best flavor and texture, enjoy our cakes at room temperature. Your patience will be rewarded.

Cardinal Slice
Known in Hungary as kardinális szelet, this classic dessert is sure to please the most discriminating pastry and coffee lover and makes an impressive showing at dinner parties. This pastry is built of three layers of crisp meringue and sponge cake separated by whipped cream and Creme Fraiche that is intensely infused with espresso couleur, a syrupy extract of deeply caramelized sugar and freshly made espresso. This dessert serves about 8. Available Thurs-Sun only.
