Hot Cross Buns – This traditional treat for Good Friday just got even better. These tender yeasted buns are now made with freshly milled whole grain durum wheat, high extraction hard red spring wheat, golden raisins, currants, house-made candied orange & lemon peel and a touch of mahleb spice from Epices de Cru. All of this goodness is topped with a sweet icing cross. Betcha can’t eat just one! Available April 15th through April 17th.
Grad cakes – All graduation cakes are covered in vanilla Swiss butter cream, topped with a maize Block M and maize and blue confetti decoration on the sides. Standard inscription says “Congratulations Graduate”. Custom inscriptions are available upon request. Cake layer choices include chocolate, buttermilk, chiffon or carrot. 6″ cakes serve 6 to 10 and 9″ cakes serve 12 to 20.
