Locally sourced ingredients
At Zingerman’s Bakehouse, we use the best ingredients we can find and we think you really can taste the difference. We continue to move toward more and more locally grown or produced ingredients, organic when possible, and building lasting relationships with those local farmers, millers and producers.
This is a list of our Michigan made ingredients we’re baking with, and just like Michigan weather, it’s changing all the time!
