Whether covered in buttercream or fondant, filled with lemon curd or toasted walnut rum buttercream, layers of hummingbird cake or buttermilk chocolate cake…it will taste as good as it looks. We make everything, even our fondant, from scratch using the best ingredients we can find: real butter, vanilla bean, Belgian chocolate, fresh eggs, toasted nuts, Italian preserves, fresh lemon juice and more.
