We’re frying up fresh Polish paczki made the traditional way, with a little spirytus alcohol in the dough. Choose from these tasty fillings- rose hip, raspberry, plum, sweetened ricotta cheese or chocolate pudding. Available at the Bakehouse starting at 7 AM on February 21st. You can also order paczki from Zingerman’s Delicatessen or Roadshow.
The traditional version of the Mardi Gras centerpiece. No food coloring or plastic dolls, just buttery layers of puff pastry filled with our own almond frangipane. Each cake is baked with one whole almond inside, get the lucky slice and you’re crowned king or queen of the party! Baked in limited quantity, call to reserve yours.
