Midwest Living Magazine calls our BAKE-cation one of ten

BAKE-cation! It's like fantasy camp for home bakers. 4 days working along side our owners and most experienced bakers learning a range of bread or pastry recipes and techniques. Zingerman's lunch provided everyday too.

BAKE-cations are offered in June, July and September 2008. Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, $1000 per person. Check out the bake-cation schedule at BAKE! With Zing. It will truly be a special experience worth talking about! Don't take our word for it...
