Jaison, known as Lugz around the Bakehouse, has been with us since he was just a babe. Only his second job after working at the Ann Arbor Ice Cube, he began his Bakehouse career in our bakeshop at the age of 17. His dad's best friend Lil' Frank Saracina worked here and told him about us. So, in 1998 Jaison joined us, then later spent years as one of the pillars of our delivery crew. Jaison has helped out in every department over the years and pretty much does whatever needs to be done. Currently, he's our Service Manager in our wholesale department where he uses his legendary phone voice. Lugz loves music (especially Hip-Hop & Reggae), movies (he even cries at E.T.) and he spends his days off golfing or bowling. He has also donated his time at the Delonis center in Ann Arbor preparing meals.

His favorite Bakehouse products to eat? Sesame Semolina bread, Fresh Fruit Tarts, and Sugar Crisp Muffins.
