Heath is our night shift assistant manager of the bread department and he happily helps crank out hundreds of bagels, loaves of bread, and foccacia every night. He's a little quiet and a very hard worker. You'd never know he's been an A Cappella singer for several years. In the past Heath worked in other catering companies and restaurants while attending U of M and Wayne County Community College to study math and physics. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, he liked Zingerman's and came in to apply for a position.
Now Heath says, "There's nothing like the pleasure of rolling and Baking bagels." His favorite thing to eat at the Bakehouse? Sourcream Coffeecake and Onion Rye bread.
