We’re passionate about making cakes that taste as good as they look: real cake, real buttercream, and our own fondant. For the best flavor and texture, let chilled buttercream cakes come to room temperature for at least two hours. Store at room temp for 3 days. Need to store it longer? Refrigerate it.
